New Gadget - Panasonic Lumix LX3

Ive been looking for a camera that performs well in dimmer ambient with wider lens while also resisting the temptation of getting DSLR (EVIL COLLEAGUES BEEN POISONING ME!@#). Im just not ready to plunge into the 'dark side' of photography yet now that im still active in some 'expensive hobbies'. So ive decided to get another compact digital camera.

Panasonic Lumix LX3 is known to perform pretty decent in dim ambient, has a wider lens than most compact digital and it does HD vid recording too! It is retailing for around SGD680-700 locally.
